Delivery policy
How you receive what you buy on Kshetra.

Digital delivery only
Kshetra is an online service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.
- Your 3D home, analysis and reports are available in your Kshetra account as soon as your floor plan is traced
- Purchases unlock immediately once the payment is confirmed by our payment partner
- You can view your home on any device by signing in with the email you used

Access to your purchase
Each purchase applies to one home in your account:
- Kshetra Home unlocks the full space and Vastu analysis for that home
- Kshetra Design additionally unlocks the furnished 3D layout and Kshetra AI for that home
- You can download a PDF of a report from your browser and share a read-only link with others

If something doesn't arrive
If a payment succeeded but your home is still locked:
- Refresh the page after a minute; confirmations from the payment partner can take a short while
- If it is still locked, write to info@kshetra.ai with your order details and we will resolve it
